Sikker Bemanning AS is a staffing and recruitment agency in Oslo with headquarters in Tåsen. The company has experienced continuous growth since its establishment in August 2012, and today we have 21 employees in administration. SIBE is a member of NHO Service and is also a member of Startbank. Additionally, we have been a Certified Employer since 2016.

We currently have approximately 500 available workers in our database and between 150-200 workers employed at any given time. SIBE places great emphasis on honesty, quality, and compliance with current regulations, and we always ensure we stay up-to-date. This way, our customers and employees will always feel secure with SIBE as a partner and employer.

Certified Employer
SIBE is proud to say that we became a Certified Employer (RA) in 2016. RA is a quality certification for staffing companies that became mandatory for all staffing agencies in 2017. This scheme allows companies to document their quality and professionalism as an employer. This is achieved through external auditing of routines and practices regarding key aspects of obligations under the Working Environment Act.
